Mrs. Benedetta Flocchini, born in 1973, graduated in Law from the University of Genoa with thesis in compared Civil Law entitled "Analysis of the institute and practices related to timeshare in the Italian, English and Spanish systems" (Supervisor Prof. Avv. Guido Alpa).

She wa admitted to the Bar in 2002 and practiced in a partnership until 2013, when she founded her own Firm at the current location.

Mrs. Flocchini provides consulting to individuals and companies and assistance in litigation and out of court in matters of civil law, labor law, family law and contracts, recovery of unpaid debts in the Italian territory.

She was rapporteur on issues of labor law in conferences sponsored by Ministry of Labour, Liguria Region and Municipality of Genoa, from 2007 to 2010 Free lecturer at ERG SpA in lectures on the topics of civil law organized by the Region of Liguria and authorized mediator at the Mediation Center of the Bar of Genoa.
She is a member of the National Centre for Studies of Labor Law "D. Napoletano" - Section Liguria.
